Physics with Nuclear Science with a Year Abroad

With outstanding facilities and excellent research, the Physics Department at the University of Liverpool has consistently produced many of the UK's most successful physicists. We offer the unique opportunity to work alongside and learn from the world-leading research groups at CERN, DESY, Fermilab, JPL, CERN, LBNL, and the National Nuclear Laboratory. All students study in state of the art facilities at the new University's state of the art Rutherford Building, which won the Queen's Award to Architecture. You will also have the opportunity to work on a research degree or carry out a research project abroad during the first year.
