Chinese Studies and Social Policy

Liverpool is a city with a growing Chinese population, reflecting the global nature of business, the service sector and the cultural scene. There is a need to ensure that the city is equipped to respond to this cultural growth. The University of Liverpool has developed a new course in the Chinese Studies area with a strong emphasis on the social sciences to meet this need. The course is a joint venture with Chinese University Shanghai.
