Criminology

Criminology is the study of crime and its causes, and the way law enforcement agencies attempt to deal with the problems it creates. Criminology is not the same as forensic science. It does not mean that the study of dead bodies, or the study of criminal activity, but that a general knowledge of crime and the methods of law enforcement is needed.
