Medical Science (BSc) (Shrewsbury) (with Foundation Year)

The Chester University of Technology's Medical Science degree is the first degree offered in the UK to include a Foundation Year. The Foundation Year provides students with the opportunity to study relevant core aspects of the Medical Sciences course, such as anatomy, biochemistry, physiology and pathology, in addition to the skills needed for the first years of medical school. The Foundation Year, which takes place during the first two years of the Medical Sciences course at Chester, is also an excellent preparation for those students who wish to study Medicine at degree level.
