Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship

The purpose of this course is to help students develop skills in innovation management and entrepreneurship. This involves understanding the role of innovation in business, and developing strategies and processes to create new business opportunities. It also involves understanding the business environment and the role of entrepreneurship, and developing an entrepreneurial mindset and skills which will help you to understand the commercial realities of starting a business.
