Sport and Exercise Nutrition

This course is designed to develop the skills and knowledge you need to manage, develop and evaluate a well-planned nutrition program for a range of exercise activities. You will gain an insight into sports nutrition and the evidence-base behind the current practice of nutrition in sport and exercise through a range of lectures, practical sessions, workshops and a dissertation.
