The Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with Languages and Cultures (Italian) program at the University of York is a unique and innovative program that combines philosophical study with an exploration of cultural knowledge and language. This four-year degree provides students with a comprehensive education in philosophy, as well as an in-depth understanding of Italian language, literature, and culture. Through this program, students will gain insight into the major philosophical movements of our time while also learning about Italy's history and culture firsthand. The program also includes a year abroad in an Italian-speaking country, allowing students to further develop their language skills through immersive experiences and gain international work experience. With a strong focus on research and critical thinking, graduates from this program can pursue careers in government or academia, or continue their studies by pursuing advanced degrees such as Master's programs.
