Film Studies

The University of Bristol has a thriving and dynamic film program. The Department offers a range of BA (Hons) degrees in film (including a joint degree with the Department of Theatre Studies) and a BA (Hons) degree in Film Studies. The BA (Hons) Film Studies is a top BA (Hons) film program in the UK and is one of the best such programs in the world. It is accredited by the Royal Society of Arts and the Royal Photographic Society and is taught by film experts from the Royal College of Art.
