Midwifery: Registered Midwife

The Midwifery programme will provide you with a sound foundation for a career in midwifery. You'll study the basic physiological, physical and psychosocial processes of pregnancy and birth to help you to deliver safe and effective maternal care, as well as providing you with vital knowledge of the management of the newborn. You'll also learn how to apply the skills and knowledge you've gained to promote the health and wellbeing of women and their babies, and to prevent and manage birth complications.
