Mathematics with Music

The Music Department at the University of Surrey is renowned for its excellence in both the teaching and research of music and its link to the mathematics department. Our department is consistently ranked as one of the leading music departments in the UK, and our research is recognized as having a particular strength in mathematical analysis. Our courses are accredited by the Royal Schools of Music and the Institute of Mathematics, and all of our undergraduate courses are fully taught modules of the Music degree.
