Journalism

The University of Sunderland is a top university in the North East of England to offer a bachelor's degree in journalism. The course has strong links with the Media department at Sunderland College. This course provides the opportunity for journalism students to use the resources available to them at the college and to develop their interest in media. During the first year they will be based in Sunderland College, where they will study a range of modules in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. As the course progresses the students will move to the University to study modules in the College of Social Sciences and Humanities.
