The undergraduate programme at Stirling is particularly strong in History and Archaeology, Politics and International Relations, English and Law, History and Archaeology, English and Law and History and Philosophy of Science. Stirling is also home to a number of top quality research centres including the Centre for Medieval Studies, the Centre for the Study of the Renaissance and the Centre for Medieval Studies in Scotland.
