Civil Engineering (Including Foundation Year)

The School of Civil Engineering offers a broad based BSc (Hons) degree for students wanting to study the mechanical, construction, and environmental aspects of civil engineering. Civil Engineering aims to develop an understanding of the practical aspects of civil engineering. Students take their first year of the degree in a two year Civil Engineering Foundation Year. The Foundation Year offers students the opportunity to study a wide range of modules and subjects, which will provide a platform for further study in the BSc (Hons).
