Physics and Astrophysics with an Industrial Placement Year

The University of Sheffield has one of the largest and most diverse physics and astro physics departments in the country. The Department has a long tradition of excellence in teaching and research and offers an extensive range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including a popular MSc in Theoretical Astrophysical Fluid Dynamics. PhD students are appointed to the MSc program as a secondment from the Department.
