The School of Architecture and Built Environment at University of Sheffield is ranked among the top UK universities in the 2014 Complete University Guide. It is home to the world-renowned research and knowledge transfer body, The Centre for Architecture, Building, and Environment (CABE). The BA (Hons) Architecture degree is one of the best in the country and combines theory with a real-world skills program. Students work on a range of projects and can choose their own subject area, with many students going on to work for major companies and construction firms.
