Computing Web Development

The University of Roehampton has a strong and well established web development industry. It is a top university in the UK to offer a BSc (Hons) in Web Design and Development. This course will cover the fundamentals of web programming and design. Students will gain a thorough understanding of the technology behind the web and will develop a full range of web design and development skills. Students will be taught how to: design and build websites using a range of web development tools, design graphics and images for the web, develop web applications (using HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, JQuery) and design websites using a range of web design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver).
