Nutrition and Food Science

The University of Reading offers courses at undergraduate and postgraduate level in nutrition and food science. We offer you a wide choice of courses at undergraduate level, from food safety to nutrition, as well as postgraduate courses in nutrition, food technology, dietetics and health promotion. There is an onsite catering industry, which has a large focus on healthy, healthy eating and nutritional needs.
