Building Surveying with International Foundation Year

The Building Survey with International Foundation Year is a two-year foundation course for an award of Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a specialist track in Building Surveying. The course builds on a core of first year building surveying and a second year which is specifically for an award of the MSc in Building Surveying. The program is open to international students. Students work in teams of three and undertake a range of tasks such as site visits, working with a commercial surveyor and undertaking surveys on the University site.
