Occupational Therapy

The Occupational Therapy department at the University of Essex offers courses to students who wish to become professional occupational therapists by gaining a degree in this subject. The degree course is designed to be flexible, allowing students to progress through their studies to a Master's degree, if they wish to do so. Students may enter the degree courses direct from school, or may go on to a Foundation Degree to gain a qualification before entering the course.
