International Relations

The University of Essex International Relations department provides a unique educational experience. At Essex, International Relations is taught in the context of the other subject areas, rather than as a distinct department. You will be taught about how to understand and analyse the international political economy in a range of ways and will acquire skills in public speaking, analysis, policy-making and more. The program is also designed to build your ability to engage with the global world beyond Essex, and therefore provides a strong framework with which to develop your understanding and skills in this area.
