Criminology (Including Placement Year)

Criminology and criminal justice are the two largest academic areas in the University of Essex, with over 500 postgraduate students and 150 academic staff. The University's College of Social Sciences is the largest of the Colleges at the College of Social Sciences. The College of Humanities and Social Sciences contains the largest number of academic staff specialising in the major social sciences and includes the largest amount of research undertaken in the social sciences in the country.
