American Studies (United States) (Including Placement Year)

The American Studies degree is designed to meet the needs of students who wish to explore the United States and its history, culture, politics, and society. Students will study a range of American disciplines, including literature, film, theatre, visual art, music, dance, and media studies. Students will also have the opportunity to develop their language skills in the United States, or in a related area.
