Modelmaking (with Professional Practice Year)

The University for the Creative Arts is offering a degree in Modelmaking. This course provides students with a thorough understanding of the history and practice of modelmaking, and the techniques and materials used within the industry. Students will learn how to use all three traditional techniques of modelmaking (plaster, clay and resin) and are also equipped with the latest techniques including water-based plastic models. The program also provides students with the opportunity to develop their skills in a specialised field within this degree by choosing to take part in the professional practice course.
