Scottish Ethnology and English Literature

The Edinburgh College of Engineering offers an undergraduate degree which combines the study of English Literature and Scottish Ethnology. Students study the history and development of Scottish culture and the social implications of the Industrial Revolution, as well as a variety of engineering subjects. The degree is designed to stimulate the development of the student's interest in the social, cultural and economic history of Scotland.
