Scandinavian Studies and English Language

The program is built on the core of the previous degree: the BA (Hons) Scandinavian Studies, but will enhance your education by offering you a comprehensive examination of the Scandinavian languages and literature, as well as enabling you to learn more about the language and cultural life of Scandinavia. You will also study the English language in a thorough way, including its origins and current usage, as well as the literary traditions of the two languages. The program is very well suited to those seeking an undergraduate degree in a subject that is central to our understanding of the modern world and of its cultural development.
