Russian Studies

The Russian Studies program provides a complete basis in the language, literature and history of Russia, with an emphasis on the Russian experience in the modern-day world. It is a valuable addition to a first degree in Russian Studies as well as to other subjects. The program allows students to choose from a wide range of optional modules (including those in Russian language and literature, history, language, philosophy, linguistics, politics, economics, gender studies, psychology and film studies) and takes account of a student’s prior knowledge and interests.
