English Literature and Welsh (a Pathway for First Language students) with a Year in Industry

The study of literature at Swansea University is one of the University's strengths. Swansea's Department of English hosts one of the UK's most established literary seminars, the annual Swansea Literary Festival. In addition, on the campus itself, Swansea University's Centre for Literary and Linguistic Research offers an opportunity for students to study the history and theory of literature. This is particularly true of the Department of Welsh and Literature, which offers students the opportunity to study Welsh and Welsh literature at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
