Program Description
The Robert Gordon University (RGU) Aberdeen Law and International Commercial Law LLM is a one-year program designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to become an expert in the field of international commercial law. You will be exposed to a range of legal topics, including international trade law, international dispute resolution, international investment law, and intellectual property law. The program also covers topics such as taxation, banking regulation, and corporate governance. You will be able to apply your knowledge in a practical setting through the use of case studies, simulations, and problem-solving exercises. Admission Requirements
Applicants will normally hold a a 2:2 undergraduate honours degree or its equivalent in any subject discipline.
Applicants with relevant work experience will be considered on a case by case basis.
Applicants whose first language is not English should have an IELTS of 6.5 overall, with no component lower than 5.5, or an equivalent.
