Food, Nutrition and Human Health BSc (Hons) at Robert Gordon University (RGU) Aberdeen offers a four-year program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge to understand the relationship between food, nutrition, and human health. You'll learn about the biochemistry and physiology of nutrition, as well as the social, psychological, and cultural aspects of food. You'll also gain practical experience in a range of areas such as food safety, menu planning and food production.
You'll be taught by experts in the field who are passionate about helping you develop your understanding of this important subject. You'll also have access to state-of-the-art laboratories, giving you a hands-on approach to learning. On completion of this course, you'll be well-equipped to pursue a
SQA Higher: BCC/CCCC to include Biology or Chemistry. Biology, English, Maths and one further science (Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Science or Health and Food Technology) are required at National 5 grade C or above if not held at Higher.
