The Robert Gordon University (RGU) Aberdeen offers a two-year Cyber Security and Network Management BSc (Hons) program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful cyber security professional. You will gain an in-depth understanding of network security, computer forensics, risk management, ethical hacking and digital forensics. You will also develop the necessary skills to design secure networks, detect and prevent potential security threats, as well as develop strategies for responding to security incidents. With the help of industry-leading academics and professionals, you will be well-prepared to enter the fast-paced and ever-evolving world of cyber security.
This course does not have a year 1 or 2 as the requirements are an HND Computing: Software Development or a similar Technical Support or Cyber Security diploma award.
Applicants whose first language is not English should have an IELTS of 6.0 overall, with no component lower than 5.5, or an equivalent.
