The Robert Gordon University (RGU) Aberdeen MSc in Biomedical Technology provides a comprehensive and rigorous education in the field of biomedical technology. The program is designed to prepare students for a career in the biomedical industry and to help them develop the skills necessary to work in research, development, and product design.
This 1-year long program covers a range of topics such as anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, engineering principles, medical device design, and advanced software development. Students will gain an understanding of the fundamentals of biomedical technology and learn how to apply them in real-world settings. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and resources available at the university.

Applicants normally hold a 2:2 Engineering, Science or equivalent degree in relevant subject.
A background in systems science, engineering, or physics is strongly recommended for entry to this MSc course.
Applicants with an HND with relevant industrial experience may be considered for entry. Prospective students with an HND and relevant industrial experience may be called for an interview.
Applicants whose first language is not English should have an IELTS of 6.5 overall, with no component lower than 5.5, or an equivalent.
