English and Philosophy

The Department of English and Philosophy offers an undergraduate MA (Hons) degree in English and Philosophy. The program is made up of two modules of study, English and Philosophy, with an optional module of study in a second discipline. The core of the MA is a two-year course of study with 20 hours per week of teaching to be completed at Queen's University Belfast. This includes the reading of primary texts in the two disciplines, the writing and discussion of these texts, as well as a final dissertation.
