The Manchester Metropolitan University's English and Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) with Foundation Year program is designed to provide you with the core skills necessary to become a highly effective teacher of English and to develop your pedagogical knowledge and practical skills in the classroom with a variety of students. The program teaches you to teach English through observation and interaction with native and non-native speakers of English in a variety of contexts and with a range of student ages and abilities.
