Criminology and Sociology

Criminology and Sociology is the study of the nature and causes of crime, the nature and causes of deviance, and the interaction between the two. Sociological research is central to the study of crime and deviance. Criminologists and sociologists are involved in the study of the causes of crime from a variety of perspectives.
