Nutrition and Social Policy

The course will enable students to develop a foundation in nutrition science and health policy, which will then give a platform from which to choose a career in nutrition. Courses will include a compulsory module in human biology, a laboratory-based module on food chemistry, as well as core modules in the social sciences and health policy.
