The Accounting and Finance BSc (Hons) will teach you the fundamental concepts in managing the financial affairs of businesses and organisations. It also exposes you to the nature of financial theories and economic systems so that you can understand the causes and effects of accounting and finance. It will also develop your skills in presenting data and reasoning through a series of practical case studies. The BSc (Hons) Philosophy and Ethics is a unique program for students with an interest in both the philosophy and ethics. It offers a two-year course of study involving lectures, tutorials, seminars, assignments, case studies and an independent project. The program aims to develop critical and creative thinking, providing the student with a thorough grounding in both the theoretical and practical issues of philosophy, as well as the ethical systems of Kant, Mill, Bentham, Rawls, Milligan, and the Aristotelian philosophers. The program seeks to encourage students to apply theoretical principles to the practical problems of human society.
