Nutrition

The School of Nutritional Sciences offers a top B.S.N. (Hons) degree in the UK. This degree is designed to give students an understanding of the fundamental concepts of nutrition and an in-depth knowledge of nutritional biochemistry, so that they can play a key role in nutrition and public health policy. This degree is also recognised internationally as a stepping stone onto the MSc Nutrition program, which is currently a top B.S.N. (Hons) program of its kind in the UK and one of only a handful in the world.
