Software Engineering (with Industrial Experience)

The Lancaster-based School of Computing and Information Systems offers a range of degree-level programs in Software Engineering. The first Software Engineering degree in the UK, and one of the first in the world, this degree offers a strong foundation in computer science and engineering, and the ability to apply their theoretical knowledge to real-life issues. It also includes a significant industrial placement which allows students to experience the working world first-hand.
