Philosophy, Politics and Economics (Placement Year)

The Philosophy, Politics and Economics degree at Lancaster offers you the opportunity to spend a year doing a placement (or 'placement year'), during which you work towards gaining a valuable industry experience. This year can be spent working in a job, a charity or a voluntary organisation, or it can be spent doing a placement for the University. We also offer a one-year post-graduate degree in this subject, and a two-year post-graduate course.
