Linguistics and Philosophy (Placement Year)

The Department of Linguistics and Philosophy offers a full-time two year MA course and a full-time one year post-graduate MA course. The MA course is designed for students with an interest in linguistics and philosophy, and provides a broad theoretical grounding in both areas. The MA course is a particularly good preparation for PhD study, as it develops skills in language and philosophy.
