English Literature and Creative Writing

Lancaster University is proud to have two of the UK's most renowned creative writing courses - the BA (Hons) English Literature and BA (Hons) Creative Writing. The English Literature degree combines literary studies with training in the creative and business skills required to be a professional writer. The BA (Hons) Creative Writing is a full-time course, which provides an opportunity for students to specialise in areas such as writing for film, radio or digital media, or the theatre.
