The Department of Biomedicine and Bioengineering at Lancaster University offers a course taught mainly on the MSc level that leads to a Professional Masters in Medical Technology degree. This degree is designed to equip graduates with the necessary skills to succeed in the challenging industry and is not intended for those who wish to study further for a doctorate in Biomedicine and Bioengineering.
