Primary Early Years Education with QTS BA (Hons)

This course focuses on educating young children from ages 3 to 7 in early years settings and primary schools. By utilizing creative teaching and structured activities, you'll be able to inspire children to learn and grow. Throughout the program, you'll develop a deep understanding of how children learn, with a focus on both the national curriculum and the EYFS statutory curriculum. You'll also gain valuable experience by working alongside experienced teachers in a range of schools and settings, and by conducting your own research projects to develop your specialist subject knowledge. Upon successful completion of the course, you'll be recommended for Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), allowing you to teach in EYFS, key stage 1, and key stage 2. This program is available at both our Ormskirk campus and at Holy Cross College & University Centre in Bury.
