Education (Leadership) MA

The MA Education (Leadership) program has been designed to cater to the interests and professional development needs of various professionals working in education and related settings, including health and social care and social services. This program examines the evolving relationship between education policies and leadership practices and provides opportunities to identify, initiate and implement positive change in different educational environments.

The flexible delivery model consists of twilight on-campus sessions complemented by activities on our VLE. The program welcomes a diverse group of professionals from different backgrounds, providing an environment for discussion, debate, and sharing experiences, facilitated by expert staff in education theory and educational leadership. You will also develop essential transferable skills, from effective communication to utilizing different media, making informed decisions in complex and unpredictable situations, and setting appropriate targets for improvement.
