The BSc (Hons) Economics degree examines how economics shapes political decision-making, with a particular emphasis on sustainable economic policy. By drawing on key economic theory and econometric approaches, you will develop the skills to model and evaluate contemporary economic policy in today's global environment. Using live data from recognized economic databases and industry-standard software, you will analyze and evaluate current economic data and gain a deep understanding of micro and macroeconomic theory.
You will also build your knowledge of economic thought and learn to review government and political policy, assessing its impact on finance, business, and social strategies.
