The Earth's ecosystems are experiencing significant changes due to climate change, pollution, habitat loss, invasive species, and an increasing human population. These challenges are now facing societies around the world, and it's critical that we find ways to mitigate their impacts. Our BSc (Hons) Ecology and Conservation degree will equip you with the knowledge and skills to study the impact of these changes on biodiversity. You'll explore the ecology of different habitats and species, and learn about the latest advances in conservation. In the laboratory, you'll develop skills in identifying and analyzing soil samples. You'll also participate in fieldwork, gaining expertise in surveying and sampling. After completing the course, you'll be well-prepared to begin a career in wildlife and environmental protection, and inspire others to take action in preserving life on Earth.
