Human Geography with a Professional Placement Year

The purpose of the Human Geography program is to provide the student with an understanding of the processes and issues shaping the world we live in. The program is designed to give the student an insight in the way the world is organised, to show them how the world is changing and to enable them to make sensible and informed decisions about their own lives and the world we live in. Students will develop skills relevant to a contemporary world through the study of the relationship between human societies and the physical environment.
