Applied Terrestrial and Marine Ecology BSc (Hons)

Our BSc (Hons) in Applied Terrestrial and Marine Ecology provides you with the skills to understand the ecological processes that are involved, and to identify and analyse the factors that determine such processes, in terrestrial and marine systems. This course is unique in that, unlike other BSc (Hons) in ecology, it draws on the knowledge and experience of the Department of Ecology and Bioscience in Bangor University. It is a top BSc (Hons) in ecology in the UK to offer a unique, three-pronged approach to studying ecology, which encompasses a combination of fieldwork, laboratory work and research in a research project with a lead academic.
