Bangor University was the UK's first university to offer a Master of Science degree in Agriculture. It is a top institution in the country to have been granted degree-granting powers for this purpose by our government. It has one of the largest and most innovative departments of agriculture in Europe. In addition, Bangor's Agricultural Science department, with its close links with the farm business, is one of the best in the UK.
