Psychology and Sociology

The School of Psychology and Sociology has one of the largest and most active research groups in the UK. The School is also home to a major Centre for Health and Life Sciences, and also has a strong links with the School of Life Sciences, which is a major user of the University’s facilities. Our programs are well-regarded by prospective employers, particularly in the field of social science research and consultancy.
